looking for birth parents. we are adopted twins, fraternal m/f born january 1972. appear to be of black/hispanic descent. one of twins suffers from mental illness. the hospital name on our birth certificate in Firmin Desloge. we have no other information. our adopted father was in millitary prior to adopting us. we have an older adopted brother, but do not know if he came from same birth family.
