Searching for My fathers birth parents, he was born May 27th 1961 In Smithville Missouri. I believe his mother was young and Had given him up for adoption in the Clay county or clinton County Adoption agency, From what I know she was 15 or 16 at the time and was the niece of a Baptist minister in their town/city and had to give him up for Adoption. Dr that delivered the baby from what I have gathered from the birth certificate was Dr. David chiles. Adoptive Parents name was Knighton. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
