I am looking for info on Rose Anna(Rosa) Averby DeATkine(Diatkin)who may have come to Ellis Island around 1908 with her son Abraham(Armand) Norman DeAtkine b 1899 in Sitebsk, Belarus. She may have stayed with relatives in the Buffalo, NY area for awhile, then left her son with the relatives & went back to Russian at some time before 1925. He husband may have been Lazar DeAtkine who died in Russia before 1908 & may have been a French Engineer or Soldier in Russia. Any additions or corrections on the info I have would be a big help.
