I am looking for a a relative of one william briggs who lived in the new york or scranton area around the 1940's and was married to a mary briggs she left him and had a baby boy. But the boy never saw his father and changed his name from briggs when his mother remarried when he was 5 yrs. His father has by know probly died. But he has always wanted to know more about his family and his father information that his mother never gave him.
