My birth name is Shawn Vizcarra. I am Looking for birth family. I was Born in Laredo,Texas Webb County, July 4 1960 at Mercy Hospital.My Mother's name is Louise, my brother is Emilio born in 1957 and my sister's name is Josephine born in 1955. My father is french and Italian that's all I know about him and they divorced the year before I was born. My mother was working as a waitress in Calif. but would make trips to Texas then down into Mexico to Tamaulipas I believe.
