My name is lisa . I am 5'4" blonde, green/blue eyes. I am a musician / singer & artist. I am looking for a birth mother & any siblings 0r family.I was born March 15, 1948 @ Beth-El hospital in Brooklyn @ 8:05 AM. I have found out that my birth mother's last name is Eaton & she was 22 yrs old & Jewish. A lawyer named Nathan Taunenbaum from W 14th St Manh. took care of the adoption I was adopted by Harry Goodstein & my name was Phyllis Goodstein. ( I have since changed my name) My birth record # is 12288 & there is another # on the top of the birth certificate #11458 i am married & live in N.Y.C.I long to be in touch & have been searching for years.
