Searching for the parents of Clara Able(el, ell?)who was said to be born in Des Moines, Ia..July of 1888. (no records found) Father said to be Joseph Able. Mother's surname possibly Fuller. Clara Belle (or Lucille) Able was "adopted" by John and Alvine (Strehlow)Raben of Armour, South Dakota in the 1890s. Any help would be much appreciated.
