 I am looking for information on the parentage of PETER VALLIERE/VALIER/VALYEAR of Richmond Twp. Ontario who claims to have been born ca 1818 "near Quebec". Peter married (in 1821, Bath, Ontario) Elizabeth LASHER, d/o Andrew LASHER/ANDREAS LOESCHER of Stone Arabia, Montgomery Co. New York.The LASHER/LOESCHER family was originally from the Palatine area in Germany.
