I am looking for information on my Great Grandfather and Grandmother, Christian Zimmer and Karoline Reetz. They had the following children together, August, Pauline and Gustav. I know that Pauline and Gustav both immigrated to the USA in 1914, I am not sure when August immigrated. My Grandmother Pauline married Julius Kunkel, son of Gottfried and Julianna Zimmer Kunkel while they lived in Andrejewka, Volhynia. After Christian's death, Karoline married Benjamin Roscher. Benjamin and Karoline later immigrated to the USA. On the Ellis Island records, they both stated that they were born in Reisa, Saxony. I have no information on Karoline's maiden name, though it may have been Zimmer also. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||
