John Doyle b. abt. 1825, Conna Hill, near town of Gorey, Wexford Co., Ireland. Migrated to New Orleans, La. about 1850. Fought in Civil War in Mass. Cavalry. Opened a Blacksmith Shop in New Orleans after the War. He married Mary Faulkner from Fermanagh Co. Ireland 08 Feb. 1853 in New Orleans. He died 11 Nov. 1877 in New Orleans. Seeking Irish family Doyle and Faulkner in the U.S. and Ireland.
