I am in a civil war research class at Elgin-Millville high school. Our goal is to research civil war veterans and kind of put the story of their lives together. I am researching one man in particular. His name is Horace Benjamin Whiting. He was born May 13, 1831 and died March 26, 1920. He was a member of the 10th Minnesota volunteer infantry unit and was buried somewhere in Wabasha county (minnesota). Any information would be very greatly appreciated. Also any other information about the life or death of any other 10th minnesota veteran or their families, would also be useful in my search. Thanks. Rachel | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
