Jeremy was born to me November 17, 1997 at St. Francais Hospital in Tulsa oklahoma, I was admitted under an nomdeplume for security reasons. Baby boy ham weighed 7#1oz, I never saw him because I wanted Mom to have those first moments with him and him her. My Nanna was present at the birth because my mother had passed away from cancer August 1997. The adoption was arranged by my OB/GYN Dr. Rhonda Badeen-Lunn and her husband, William Lunn was the attorny for the adoption. The adoption was made final I think between 11/20/1997 and 11/22/1997 in the Tulsa County Court house. Also there was a new law enacted in oklahoma to create open court records for adoptees, and there should be something on file there although i have never updated it, but will soon. The birth and adoption took place in Tulsa Oklahoma, but I have information that the adopting parents were from out of state. I was told one was a teacher and the other a scientist. There are important health considerations that Jeremy should be aware of.
