I am a decendant of Charles (Karl)Pretorious of Stromberg Germany. He was married to Christiana and had several children before he died in the US. I know that his brother's name was Jakob and that he immigrated to the USA in 1848. I know that the house that was once in the family is now the Mayors office in Stromberg.
