Louis Angelo (shortened from Michelangelo) Washburn born April 22, 1906, in Fresno, Fresno County,California. Taught science classes at college in California. He married Catherine Mae Sommars (b: 1912 in New Mexico, d: September 3, 1971 in: Lopez, San Juan County, Washington) abt: 1931 in: Prob. San Luis Obispo,California. The couple had four children. Moved w/family to Lopez Island, San Juan County, Washington in 1947. He taught High School science on Lopez. His mother's name was Mamie Maggini (b: 1884 in: Mexico) He did have a half-brother named George Thompson in Morton, Lewis County, Washington (deceased). Any help finding his father would be appreciated. His name may be Charles Washburn and he may have died in California at an early age (after 1906)due to a dispute. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||
