I am trying to find information on My husbands Great Great Grandfather Richard Sutton who married Effie Frone on September 5 1822,German Valley Morris County New Jersey. She is the daughter of John Frone and Catherine Eve Hendershot. I have tryed everything I can think of to find the name of his parents. So we know our line of ancestors They had 3 children John Frone Sutton B. 3/19/1831 d. 12/21/1909 m. Mary Elisabeth Dickerson. Ann Sutton who married a John Griggs they had 3 children Mary, Richard, James Wesley,m Annie Blanchard and Samuel Delegar Sutton b.9/22/1829 d.1/19/1907 Delaware County Iowa.m (1) Harriet Raker 1 daughter Evangeline m (2) Melissa Pace daughter of Joseph Pace. and they had 3 children Charles R Sutton b.8/5/1879 d.10/24/1939 who married A Charlotte Rich Jessie Elbert b. 3/27/1882 d.10/24/1961 never married Alonzo John Sutton b. 8/18/1885 d.10/11/1974 m.
