my name is crystal anne lewis, (adopted name) and i am a sixteen year old, white female. i am looking for my birth parents they left me with a babysitter at six to eight months old, in las vegas nevada. i was born on october 9, 1994, and still currently living in vegas. i have brown hair, brown eyes, and terrible eye sight. without my glasses i cant see anything thats more than a few feet in front of my face. i dont no my birth name so i cant tell you that, but i have been told that my arm was broken when i was a baby. there are no signs of that now though. i have been adopte twice, plz i am anxious to no my history, because of a past family that i will not name, i cant remember a lot of my childhood, its HELL not knowing, so plz if you no who i am contact me. | |||||||||||||||||||||
