Thomas Palmer b.1840's +/- I am looking for information on the descendents of Thomas Palmer who went to Caicos from Cayman around 1860's-1870's. He was my mothers grand uncle and although time has passed, we may not know him, but he has not been forgotten. He was of African descent and was born in the Cayman Islands.
