Looking for information about James Wood (b.~1862)of Crenshaw, AL. Married Florence (or Mattie?) Mahone and lived in Luverne around 1890. Their son John Ewing Wood was born about 1891. A listing in the 1870 Crenshaw census lists a James Wood, age 8, and an Isaac Wood, age 10, living with the Francis Brunson Family. James is still living with them in 1880 although Isaac is not. Doe anyone know anythng about this family?
