Seeking the parents and first wife of John S. Humphries b August 9,1787, King George Co.,Va. Three children were born of this marriage: William G.,1811;Abner c 1813, Ann c 1815. His second marriage was to Lucinda Grant b August 8,1800,King George Co.,Va. married January 3,1817 in King George. Four children were born of this marriage: John D.,1828;Mary,1830;Susan,1836;Jane,1839. John S. and Lucy both died in Alexandria, Va., he in 1839 and she in 1876. Both are buried there.
