Tipperary who was born in Clogheen parish near Clonmel Abt. 1829, mother Johannah O'Keefe, father Patrick Hogan, siblings Hannah, Michael, Mary Rose,Margaret,Johanna,possibly others. Emigrated to USA in Abt 1848-50. Father believed to have been a farmer and John worked as a stonemason in Ohio before marrying Bridget Ahern and moving to Chippewa Falls WI where they farmed and raised Mary, Johanna, Patrick,Michael,William,John,Amelia,James and Thomas Stephen,my grandfather.
