Looking for information on Zaccheus (or Zacharia (or Zaccharius) Rutter (Father Zaccheus d 1848-1851, Mother Susan d 1867) and Elizabeth Ann(e) Driver (b 1825/6 Beer, Devon, d 27 July 1860, Father Thomas). Children: John (b 11 December 1848), Robert (b 17 May 1851, d registered 1884 second quarter Caistor, Lincs), Hannah Maria (b 24 March 1854), Elizabeth Ann (b 2 October 1857, d 27 Nov 1932). In 1861 the youngest 3 were in the Union House in Axminster, Devon so it may be that Zac... had died by then but he was a fisherman so could have been away at sea. No sign of John in 1861. John married (1867) Mary Ann Wilcox (b 1849/50) and they had at least 10 children. Robert married (1875) Mary's sister Thirza Maria Wilcox (b 1853/4) and they had at least 4 children. The brothers were fishermen who worked on the same boat 'Waterloo' (John was capt) in Hull in 1881. Another sister Clara Wilcox (b 1866/7) was living with Robert and Thirza in 1881 and with Thirza after Robert's death in 1891 and 1901. Hannah - no further information after 1861 census. Elizabeth married William James (or John) Lockyer on 13 July 1880. Theu had 8 children in various places in England and Ireland.
