In 1880, my great grandmother Maggie Grant, born 1864 IRE, lived in Passaic NJ with her mother Margeret Grant, (maiden name unknown) born 1840 IRE, and sisters Mary Ann Grant, born 1861 IRE, Ellen Grant born 1868 IRE and Eliza Grant, born 1872 Passaic, NJ. That is all of the info that I have. They must have come from Ireland around 1870 but I havent checked that census and the father (name unknown) must have died or left after Eliza was born as he was not in the house in 1880. Maggie married Michael McShane, born 1864 IRE and had four kids. I would appreciate any descendents of Maggie's sisters filling in the many blanks that I have. Thanks Dennis Doyle
