I'm Looking For William And Barbara Groves of Ford City And Kittaning PA,Respectively. They adopted My sister in Heilbron Germany in about 1957. I think My sister was also given the name Barbara. My birthmothers Name was Ruth Weiske. William was a corporal in the army at the time.This is about all I can find out. I have a copy of my sisters adoption papers, but more detailed info about her adopted parents is lacking.I was born at about the time she was adopted. My adopted mom in Heilbron helped me to get the info I have.She is convinced that no more info is available through the German Gov.
