looking for any decendants of george type who came to australia at the age of 14 in 1878 from singapore. we think he came from england and was in a school in london in the 1881 census but nothing was heard of him until this george turns up in australia on his death certificate he has singapore parents by the name of hammot and samina!!! we think he was adopted sometime in singapore is there any relatives in singapore with the name of type? please contact jamegs@bushinternet.com if you have any answers. thanks jim type. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
