I am trying to trace my maternal Grandfathers sister - Apollonia Makarek - who I think was born in Lvov Poland in 1913 and supposedly emigrated to North America before WW2. My Grandfathers name was Kazimierz Makarek and he came to live in Scotland in 1945.
