Bower I posted a few months back about my sister that was adopted when she was about 3. I thought she was adopted by a lady named Judy E. Flemister but I maybe wrong. I have my dad's paper work from the adoption stating that Judy adopted her. But A family member told me that Judy didn't take Angel. Well my sister was Born at M.C.V Hospital in Richmond Va on Nov ? 1991. (I was there) Our mother's name was Kathy ***** at the time. Your name at Birth was Angel Marie Bower. If you see this you are 1 of 6 kids born to Kathy. We are waiting for you. I'm the oldest I was 17 when you were born and I miss you like crazy!!! Love you big sis. | |||||||||||||||||||||
