I was born May 1970 as April Anges Mongeon to Theresa Higgins (Irish,age 30)and Robert Alfred Mongeon (French, 38) in Windsor Ontario. I was placed in foster care in April 1975 and adopted in Aug 1976. My mother Theresa had 9 other children between 1959 and 1973 with other fathers and died in 1993. I am interested in finding my uncles Armand Higgins, Jerome Higgins and my siblings. | |||||||||||||||||||||
