I am searching for information on the Keogh [aka Kehoe] and OBrien [aka Brien] families from Killinardan [aka Killinarden], Tallaght, Co Dublin. Julia Keogh married William OBrien in Bohernabreena RC church, Tallaght, Co Dublin on 25 Nov 1875. Both addresses are given as Killinardan. However, the OBriens may originally have come from Co Kildare; possibly the Ballykenlea / Ballykinlea / Kilmalum area near Blessington Co Wicklow. William OBrien was buried in Burgage cemetery, Blessington, around 1880. . Williams father appears to have been Martin OBrien and Julias father appears to have been Jeremiah or Darby Keogh. On his death, William OBrien left behind his wife, Julia, and two young daughters, Mary and Anne OBrien. Mary later married William Healy in 1910. And Anne married John Brennan. Any information would be gratefully received. Sorry about the missing apostrophes: this site can not handle apostrophes. | |||||||||||||||||||||
