Am looking for more information on James Laverty (Laferty) and his family. I am particularly interested in finding his first wife and his parents. James was born about 1813 in PA. He married his second wife Ann E. Adams in 1850 in Frankstown. He moved to Iowa in about 1854. He had 3 daughters with his first wife, the eldest Mary Margaret married Edwin R.
