My husband's grandmother, Dorothy Samson (surname Bugher born March 6, 1924) has dementia and cannot remember details of the past. She was married (we believe) to a man with whom she birthed at least two of the three children. She never told us the name of the biological father. He went to prison. We don't know if they were married and/or divorced. She married Wayne Samson who was born June 16, 1923 and died August 29, 1994. My husband's mother was adopted by Wayne Samson, Elaine Dorothy Wells(married name) and (adopted name Samson). She was born October 13, 1945 and died September 9, 1990.
