Birth mothers name Tawney Michelle Tull. I had a baby girl on October 29, 1993 in Kingsport TN. Possibly at Holston Valley Hospital. I was 17 at the time. Her birth weight was around 9 pounds. Unfortunatly I do not remember the name of the agency, I believe it was a children's home. I was told she was adopted by a couple possibly from Johnson City. I am 5' 7 1/2 and at the time weighed around 120. I have dark brown hair and hazel eyes. No father was named. The adoptive parents did not want me to know who they were, but all my medical history was given. Since a father was not named there is no medical history there. I was a stupid kid, who made a stupid decision to sleep with someone o didn't even know, at a high school party I wasnt even supposed to to. The result was having to make the most difficult decision of my life. I felt my decision was the best for my baby girl, even though a piece of me would be gone for ever.
