I am trying to help my friend find his birth MOTHER. Here is what we know: he was born DECEMBER 29, 1993. He was adopted at the age of 3. He has brown hair, hazel eyes, is very tall and lanky, and has a distinct gap between his front teeth (we're hoping one of his parents also fits close to this description.)His birth surname is LOCKER, though we do not know if that was his mother's maiden name or his father's surname. He's pretty sure he was born in Yakima, Washington. We don't know anything else about his birth parents other than the fact that when he was still with his mother, they moved to Las Vegas, Nevada, which is where he was adopted.
