I'm an adoptee searching for my birth family or any information on my birth family. I was born (baby girl) January 12, 1979 at Munson Medical Center in Traverse City, MI. My adoption date was April 11, 1979. Birth mother was 16 at the time with blond hair, green eyes and 5'4" tall. No information on the birth father. Catholic Human Services handled the adoption.
