James Quinn (born in Galway, Ireland 25 April 1817) has three brothers and two sisters. I have an old Douay Rheims Bible which belonged to his older brother, Patrick Quinn (1815-1891), my great great grandfather. It has a record that Uncle Jim died in Portland, Maine 2 Sept. 1905. James and his wife Ellen lived in Portland in 1850. They have three children, Catherine, Mary, and John A. Quinn born 1851-1860. Some are buried in Calvary Cemetery. I have contact with a 4th cousin of mine descended from Michael Quinn (1813-1887) and hope to add to our records. Michael, Patrick, and James were all Boiler Makers. | |||||||||||||||||||||
