I was born August 30, 1978 (a Wednesday) at Schumpert Hospital in Shreveport, LA and placed for adoption through Volunteers of America shortly after. I have learned that I may have an older (birth) half-brother as well. I don't know much about my birth mother other than she was short with long hair and may have been between 16 and 18 years old when I was born, and I inherited her allergies (or so I'm told).
