I am looking for my half brother who was born in June of 1965. He was adopted in July 1965. He was born in Des Plaines IL. Holy Family Hospital. His name at birth was "Christopher". His, and my Mother is Christina Grace Fortune. Her birthday is 9/15/47. She was 18 at the time of his birth, and unwed. She was from Memphis TN and went to Illinois to have the baby. She passed away 4/12/2009. We just found out last week that she had the baby before she met my Dad, and gave him up so he would have a better life than she could give him.
