Andrew Schwarz was born in Oberfranken, Bavaria in 1849. He was married to Barbara Rohm? in Frankfurt, Germany in 1872. Came to NY in 1877 with his wife & 2 children, Anna and John. Had 4 children in USA. Andrew, Jr., George, William, and Bertie. Settled in Brooklyn. He died in 1895 and is buried in a Luteran Cemetery in Brooklyn. I have no proof of any of this, just hearsay. He had 3 brothers & 1 sister that also came to the US of A. George, my great-grandfather, Frank, Johann, and Kunigunda. Have no info on her either. The other brother whom I have no idea what his name is, stayed in Bavaria on the family farm. Their father's name might have been Nicholas, mother's Margaret Bingold. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
