My name is Mike and live in Cork city Ireland.I was born on june 30th 1961 in London England. I was born to an Irish woman who I believe was from West Cork.Its my understanding my mother may have worked in a hotel and she my have known my birth father through their work. When my mother became pregnent with me my natural father wanted nothing to do with it. My mother returned to Cork with me and gave me up for adoption two to three months later . The priest who handled the adoption was named father Good. The location was somewhere near Saint Mary's of the aisle School in Cork. I have tried to trace my birth mother through the HSE Services but this came to a dead end.They did inform me that my mother had another child later which I believe also was given up for adoption ad was adopted possibly by an American family. So this would make her my half sister. I belive the name given to me by my birth mother was john.
