I was adopted in 1972.Looking for my original birth certificate with mothers name on it. I was born Honolulu ,Hi. Ohau 12-13-65 4:44 ,Monday .no info of father but divorced . My termination of my original records was 2/18/71 order continued 3/3/72 Mother: 31 when I was born. Caucation, my adopted parents said my father was Somean . She had brown straight hair hazel eyes ,fair complexion, large boned, 5ft 8 inches ,attractive. So if my birth mother is still alive she would be about 77yrs old. Other info on new birth certificate Florence N.Arakaki for other instead of parent. I just want the hospital records of my birth but need help.
