I am looking for my birth mother and or father. I was born in Indianapolis, IN on April 6, 1978. I was adopted in September of 1978. I've been told my birth mother was 16 or 17 at the time and my name at birth was Tabitha. No known last name or surname. I am under the impression she may have tried to keep me for at least a couple of months before putting me up for adoption. Unfortunately it was a closed adoption and I have no other information to go on other than this, and I'm not entirely sure this limited information is 100% accurate.
