I am searching for my birth mother Kathy Hendrickson. I was born on July 18, 1967 in Everett, WA in Snohomish County at Providence Hospital. It was a private adoption that occurred soon after my birth and the adoption papers were executed on 7/21. My birth mother was said to be attending college at Washington University (this has not been verified). The Birth Certificate says "Baby Boy Hendrickson" The papers show my adopted parents last name as Putnam, but in fact, it is Putman. There is a typo on the papers. | |||||||||||||||||||||
