My Sister and I are twins. we were born December 14 1958 in Long beach California to a 15 year old girl from Nevada. Her last name was Perkins. We where Adopted the same day we where born to a Edmond Ray and Lois Gunter from Anaheim California who later moved to Batesville Arkansas around 1963. The Gunter's where expecting a single birth and ended up with a double birth and took the babies and raised them both to adulthood. It is my understanding that Mrs. Gunter's family Doctor had arraigned the adoption and either knew both parties involved or had monitored the event. The Gunter's had an younger child, a girl who was born with down syndrome whose name is Tamera Jo. She was born in 1963. |
