I am a white female born 12-9-1975.I am looking for my birth mother or any siblings or anyone that can lead me to them. She was 16 when she had me. Her and a boyfriend went to Florida for a year. Then came back to Indiana and gave me to the welfare department for adoption. I have kids of my own and there are health problems that are involved. I need to find them soon. My kids are showing signs of these medical problems. I am not mad at all. I just need the medical information....for my kids and their grandkids. My birth name was Hollie Marie Braun.
