Thomas Wickersham HOLLIDAY was born on 9 March 1774 in Clapham Surry England to parents Thomas and Elizabeth HOLLIDAY (nee WICKERSHAM). He was a drummer in the First Foot Guards from 1793 until 1808. He was discharged from the army due to ill health. On 4 August 1811 at St George in the East Stepney, London he married Jane DENMAN, spinster also of that Parish. Jane died in December 1829 at Broad Wall, Southwark London and was buried at Christ Church, Southwark. Can anyone find a baptism for her in the Stepney area around 1789? | |||||||||||||||||||||
