Searching for Oscar I Simmons 1878 MS-1963 CA and wife Erma Fitzpatrick Simmons b.1882MS death unknown CA Oscar was the youngest child of Sarah A. Smith Simmons and Henry B.Simmons who married in Lee Co. MS. Henry B. died 1901 and Oscar, Erma and Sarah, his mother left for CA. Oscar and Erma had 2 children, Henry B. Simmons b. about 1902 and Gladys Simmons b. abt 1908. Gladys married Henry Wemam, and Oscar and Erma Simmons was living with Gladys and Henry Wemam in the 1940 census. they had 2 children Edward Wemam b. 1924 and Betty born 1931. I would like to make contact to find Sarah A Smith Simmons's parents, Nathan Smith and Mahala Adams Smiths death and burial. Oscars's family would be my best chance to get this info. I need your help! I am a Smith researcher.
