My Korean name is Hwang Byung Soo and I am looking for my birth mother or birth father. I was adopted by a family from North Haven Connecticut. The adoption company that my American family went through was called "Holt International" my case number was K76-1099. I was born and raised in a foster home, which was located in Seoul South Korea. Just after my 4th birthday I stayed in the foster home until I was adopted and sent to the USA. I was born with an irregular heart beat when i was born so that is the only thing that I can think of that would show some identity. I developed a scar in the middle of my chest so that is another identifier. | |||||||||||||||||||||
