I am a white female, currently 36 yrs old. my DOB is 11-11-75. I was born at 5:46 pm, was 7 lbs 9 ozs & 21 in. I had light brown hair & blue eyes at birth. My birth mother was 16, white, born in Indiana and possibly in the 11th grade. She is of Scottish, Irish & Sweedish nationality, blond hair, blue eyes, 5'5" at time of delivery. She was/is fond of crafts & very artistic. It is noted she has chronic Kidney issues. She was in labor with me for 6hrs 49min. She had 3mos prenatal care & delivered at 40 wks. Birth mom had/has 6 sisters and 1 brother. Maternal grandma was 40, brown hair, green eyes. Maternal grandpa was 41, brown hair, grey eyes & was a mechanic with high blood pressure & was noted as being an alcoholic. Biological father was 18, brown hair & eyes, he was 6'2", was in high school & enjoyed working on cars. His mom had brown hair & eyes & was a teacher. His dad was 45, brown hair & eyes & was a postman. I was placed for adoption thru St. Elizabeth's, in Indianapolis. I was adopted at 14 days old, which was right around Thanks Giving. My adoptive father was a Teacher in Indianapolis and my adoptive mom stayed at home. When I was 18 or 21, someone from the biological family requested info or forms from the state adoption registry.
