I was born at Pawtucket Memorial in Rhode Island on Sept.5, 1994 and given the name Josephine. My sister has an uncommon name and I hope this helps, her name given at birth was Jamba and she was born on March 9, 1993. We were placed in foster care through RI DCYF and adopted by our foster family in Ashaway RI after about 2-3 years. We have since moved out of state.
