My maiden name is Tina Hirsch. I was born March 25, 1959 in Cheverly, MD. My adoptive parents were Stanley and Frances Hirsch. My adoptive father was an attorney and I was told my adoption was private. When my son was born in 1977 my adoptive father told me that I look like my mother and their names were Joshua and Miriam Kirstein or Kerstein (not sure which spelling is correct.) I was told that my parents had been married before and that I had a half brother and sister, and the brother whom resided in CA had suffered with some kind of mental illness. I am tall, large bond with hazel eyes and dark brown hair with auburn highlights. My adoptive father's law office was in Alexandria, VA which is where he told me he met my parents. I was brought home at at 2 days old. The story ends when I was told I was put up for adoption because my father was ill and my parents did not feel they could care for me. I am not sure how accurate this story is or even if it is true although I don't want to believe that my adoptive father did not tell me the truth this is all I know. Thank you.
