I was born in March 0f 1962. My mother Marie Jeanne Seuren also known as Jeanne Seuren lived in Auckland in 1961 and met my father, a rarotongan whose name do not know. On my original birth cert he has an occupation as an engineer and he also resided in Auckland - Herne Bay area I believe where he lived with an Uncle and possibly extended family from the Islands. My mother is dutch and she was living/working in a nursing home, in Epsom. My parents met at the Trade Hall Dances in Auckland. My mother remembers a friend she went to the dances with and her name at the time was Greta Morrisson, I believe. My mother was sent to Christchurch while she was pregnant and had no contact thereafter with my father. She thinks his first name was Va'a or Vai or similar sounding name. His family met my mother and wanted to adopt the baby but that didn't happen. Anyone in the rarotongan community in Auckalnd 1961 have any clues?
